Cold Rooms and freezers constructed by polyurethane panels.
Tencool Ltd takes over the construction of cold rooms and freezers fully customised based on the needs and the available space.
Materials used are following the strictest quality and construction protocols. Their production is the same time of the project and they are always in line with the latest technology.
A matter of great significance for a cold room or a freezing room is to ensure the waterproofing of the room and the lowest thermal exchange possible with the surroundings. Refrigeration Systems with Fgases and CO2.
Tencool Ltd can design and install every refrigeration system that contains fgases or CO2.
Each system component is chosen from the top manufacturers in Europe to insure the quality, the reliability and the durability for many years. Tencool Ltd has installations running for at least 10 years without major faults or expensive service costs.
All piping is constructed by our technicians and are thoroughly checked for leak prevention. Then the network is painted and insulated as PED instructions dictate.
Refrigerants used are chosen according to current legislation and rules of the European Union and the Greek statute.
Ammonia Refrigeration Systems.
Ammonia is the main refrigerant for vast industrial applications. It is selected as a cause of its high efficiency, environment friendly and the low cost compared to other refrigerants. All of these make ammonia ideal for big systems with big refrigeration loads.
Tencool Ltd’s personnel is counting over 30 years of experience in large industrial systems working with ammonia. We have completed many projects and we are supervising and servicing many more.
Tencool Ltd provides fully automated ammonia systems, following every safety rule and latest technologies with the option to be constructed with inox parts only to last even more.

Welding is checked with x-ray photos in a sufficient percentage to ensure quality. All pipes and components as evaporators and condensers are supported with top quality materials and constructions. System is tested in higher pressure than the operating one before its first start. Last but not least the piping network is insulated by specialized personnel.
Electric Panels and automation

- We are programming and install latest technology recorders for non stop live plant watch and report making for temperature pressure and humidity values.
- In every system we can provide remote supervision and control of the system and also notifications for alarms and events via e-mail or SMS.
